Lydia Mudryj - Head - Dispute Resolution & Litigation

Practising in Commercial Litigation, Banking, Insurance, Energy and Corporate Business Law, as well as Business and Contractual Disputes.

Lydia heads the firm's dispute resolution and litigation department.  She has over 25 years experience conducting litigation and a range of other firm's dispute resolution, having practised during this time in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Region.

Lydia's primary areas of expertise include all forms of commercial and banking litigation, insurance, corporate and business disputes.  Much of her work also centres on educating and protecting clients to minimise their exposure to legal claims and litigation. 

Lydia qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 1981 and obtained her Masters of Law from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom in 1983. She was admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 1987.
